Goldfaden Skincare Privacy Policy
Goldfaden Skincare takes your privacy seriously. We will never give,
sell, lease or in any way make available the information you supply us
with to any organization or individual other than Goldfaden Skincare.
All information supplied by you to us will be used only by Goldfaden
Skincare to provide you with more security and better service and
features.
Returns & Exchanges
All items purchased through Goldfaden Skincare will have a 14 day, 100%
money back guarantee. (We cannot accept returns of products purchased
from other retail outlets.) You may return the product un-opened, in
new to perfect condition, for a full refund. Special Orders and Sale
Items are excluded. Currently, no exchanges are accepted. Only a return
can be processed, and then a new order may be issued for the item
desired. We regret that original shipping costs and return freight
charges cannot be reimbursed. No exchanges can be processed. When
returning an item, please pack the goods securely, the same way they
were shipped and keep a record of the method and date of your return
shipment as we will not be responsible if the item is damaged or lost
in transit back to us. Also, please include your packing slip, recepit,
(or a note) with your name, phone number, and the reason for returning
the product(s). We cannot accept returns on overly used products.
